There is always space, for you. Newsletter.

Dear beautiful community,

This month, I’ve been reflecting on the many ways I get to support women and how, even though it may seem like I’m always busy, I am always available for those who feel called to reach out.

Just this week, a dear client of mine, someone I’ve walked alongside through many seasons messaged me from Australia. She recently immigrated and was wanting to book a session, but said, “I might be too busy.” It struck me how often we assume that others are too full, or that there won’t be space for what we need.

Yes, my work is diverse. I offer many different things from pregnancy and postpartum care to bodywork, mentoring, and women’s circles but at the heart of it all is a deep commitment to presence. I’ve learnt, especially in these last few years, how to slow down, how to simplify, and how to prioritise self-care in a way that allows me to show up fully for the women I serve.

This weekend was a beautiful reminder of that. I spent three days teaching my Conscious Birth Antenatal course to three wonderful couples. It reminded me just how much I love working with pregnant women, how much joy and meaning I find in preparing women for birth, and for the sacred unfolding into motherhood.

My postpartum work has been growing too. I’ve been spending more time visiting women in their homes, preparing food, offering bodywork, and simply being a grounding presence in those early, tender days. Sometimes that looks like wrapping a mother in warmth and silence. Sometimes it’s holding her baby while she showers. Sometimes it’s listening deeply to her fears and reminding her of what she already knows. This kind of care is intimate, intuitive, and deeply nourishing, for all of us (baby included).

And beyond birth, I’m walking with more and more women navigating other thresholds too, perimenopause, menopause, heartbreak, reinvention. These rites of passage are so often hidden or dismissed, but they deserve just as much reverence.

The Pause, our monthly women’s circle, continues to be such a source of joy for me. It’s a space that fills so quickly now, a testament to how much we’re all craving softness, slowness, sisterhood, and truth. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, perhaps this is your invitation.

And quietly, something else is coming…

Since returning from Ecuador last May, I’ve been slowly integrating the deep womb wisdom I received while working with the midwives there. It’s been simmering gently beneath the surface, and I’m finally ready to bring it into form. In the last quarter of this year, I’ll be offering a signature in-person experience for just 8 women, an intimate journey rooted in ritual, remembrance, and embodied feminine wisdom.

If this stirs something in you, if your womb is whispering yes send me a message to be added to the waitlist. I would love to hold space for you.

So, if any part of what I offer is speaking to you right now whether it’s bodywork, a one-on-one session, preparation for birth, postpartum care, or simply a desire for deeper connection, please know that there is space for you.

You are never too much. You are never an interruption. I am here. Always.

With love,
Theoni
