Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive way to care for your changing body and soothe your nervous system during pregnancy. It offers deep relaxation, subtle rebalancing, and a reconnection to your innate wisdom.

 I will hold this space for you:

  • I will gently release tension in your spine, pelvis, and diaphragm, giving you more comfort as your baby grows.
  • I will help you reconnect to your breath, your body, and the deep stillness within.
  • I will support you in preparing emotionally, physically, and energetically for labour and birth.
  • I will create a calm space where your nervous system can regulate and your heart can rest.

The craniosacral body work I experienced was everything I didn’t know I needed. My body went into an extreme state of relaxation; I wished I could carry it with me every day. Sessions are unhurried and held with care. You’ll lie comfortably fully clothed on a massage table while I use gentle, still touch to tune into your body’s Central Nervous System rhythms. You may feel waves of release, warmth, or simply deep rest.
