Theoni was my doula in 2023, and her support didn’t end with birth. She also introduced me to a lot of great products. My son is now 2 years and 5 months, and it honestly says everything that some of these products are still part of our everyday life:
– Rescue Remedy has been a staple for us during periods of stress and not just for our child. Even my husband reaches for it when life feels a bit intense.
– The Calendula bum cream is hands down the best we’ve ever used. We never once had issues with a burnt bum. I also sometimes use it on my hands when I have eczema.
– The Calendula shampoo and wash is still my absolute favorite for washing our child. Gentle, effective, and it just feels natural and = right.
I also truly believe the Evening Primrose Oil supplement is a MUST for every mom-to-be. I took it before birth and after birth to help balance my hormones, and I never experienced postpartum depression or anything close to it. Of course, every journey is different, but I genuinely feel that the primrose oil played a huge role in helping my body restore balance.
