Life pulls us in many directions. You may feel stretched, scattered, or simply in need of a deep exhale.
Craniosacral therapy is a sanctuary for your whole being; mind, body, and spirit. It gently calms the nervous system, releases stored tension, and invites your body to return to its natural balance.
This is a space for you to be deeply held, without needing to explain or perform. Just arrive. I’ll meet you there.

I will be with you in presence and stillness:

  • I will create a safe, quiet space where your system can settle and soften.
  • I will gently support your body’s unwinding from long-held patterns of tension and stress.
  • I will honour your story  even the parts held in silence as your body speaks through sensation and release.
  • I will guide you home to your own inner knowing, through the wisdom of still touch and deep listening.

Each session is unique and unfolds gently. You’ll lie down, fully clothed, and I will use subtle touch to connect with your craniosacral rhythm. Most women leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded often with a new sense of clarity or release.
