Meet
Theoni

How it began

By the time I left school, I knew I wanted to make a difference.
At 21, I attended my first birth as a doula at Mary Mount Maternity Hospital, and the calling for my life shifted forever, even though I didn’t know there was a word for what I was offering.
I saw the raw power of a woman birthing, and I realised my path:

  • To walk alongside women.
  • To help them trust their bodies.
  • To support them in birthing and mothering with consciousness and trust.

A Lifelong Journey

Since then, I’ve devoted my life to guiding pregnant women, mothers, and women through their different seasons, as a doula, an Aromatherapist, a HypnoBirthing practitioner, a pregnancy yoga teacher, and a Kahuna bodyworker.
As my life walked this path with women, I trained and practised as a Craniosacral therapist, weaving in my NLP practitioner training. And as pregnant and postpartum women began asking me to hold Blessing way ceremonies, baby blessings, I stepped into the role as ceremonialist.
My love for pure essential oils led me to educate women and grow a beautiful community with dōTERRA.
And, perhaps most importantly, a mother.

How I help

You want to feel calm, confident, and connected but sometimes fear, overwhelm, or pressure from the outside world makes that feel impossible.
You may be asking:

  • Can I really trust my body?
  • How do I let go of the fear of birth?
  • What if I lose myself in motherhood?
  • Is it okay to want more ease, more meaning, more support?

Here’s what I want you to know:
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I create sacred, grounded spaces where you can:

  • Slow down and listen to your body and inner knowing
  • Release fear and replace it with tools, trust, and truth
  • Prepare for birth, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually
  • Heal and be held in the postpartum period
  • Honour your changing identity as a mother and a woman
  • Reconnect with your soul through rest, ritual, and community

Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or navigating womanhood at any stage, I walk beside you with care, presence, and practical support, so you can move through each threshold feeling more like yourself, not less.

You already hold the wisdom. My role is to help you remember.

What I believe

I believe that womanhood and motherhood are sacred.
That our bodies are wise.
That we rise stronger when we rise together.
I believe that pregnancy, birth, motherhood, and womanhood are more than physical acts; they are invitations to reconnect with your truth, your intuition, your inner self.
This is why my calling is to support pregnant,  postpartum, and women in Johannesburg, South Africa, to help them feel deeply rooted in trust and intuition.

Every season of womanhood holds its own sacred medicine.

Come as you are

This work matters deeply to me because I’ve lived it, and I’ve seen the strength and power that women hold within them when they Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or navigating womanhood at any stage, I walk beside you with care, presence, and practical support, so you can move through each threshold feeling more like yourself, not less.
“You already hold the wisdom. My role is to help you remember. Feel supported and seen.”

  • If you’re seeking deeper meaning…
  • If you’re ready to reclaim your voice, your choices, your body…
  • If you long for sacred space in a busy world…

You’re in the right place. Here is my hand.

“At 11 months postpartum, I experienced Theoni’s Closing of the Bones ceremony, and it was deeply transformative. From the very beginning, it felt carefully prepared for me, with space to explore my journey, emotions, and where I am in life. Theoni’s gentle, intuitive guidance helped me surrender, trust the process, and feel reassured and confident. By the end of the session, I felt renewed, empowered, and clear-minded, a beautiful reminder of my strength and potential. Although the ceremony is designed for mothers, I believe every woman could benefit from this experience.
