Meet
Theoni
- To walk alongside women.
- To help them trust their bodies.
- To support them in birthing and mothering with consciousness and trust.

In the last few years, I’ve woven together my years of experience as a doula, pregnancy yoga teacher, HypnoBirthing teacher, and NLP practitioner to create an insightful resource: the Conscious Birth book.
In 2022, my friend and client Deborah Nguyen and I created the Becoming Mother Podcast to share positive, empowering birth stories. With 11 episodes released so far, it’s our way of offering hope, insight, and realness to those on the motherhood journey. You’ll find it on all major platforms.
Each of these roles has shaped me, but they all share a common thread:
Empowering women through every threshold they cross.
How I help
You want to feel calm, confident, and connected but sometimes fear, overwhelm, or pressure from the outside world makes that feel impossible.
You may be asking:
- Can I really trust my body?
- How do I let go of the fear of birth?
- What if I lose myself in motherhood?
- Is it okay to want more ease, more meaning, more support?
Here’s what I want you to know:
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I create sacred, grounded spaces where you can:
- Slow down and listen to your body and inner knowing
- Release fear and replace it with tools, trust, and truth
- Prepare for birth, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually
- Heal and be held in the postpartum period
- Honour your changing identity as a mother and a woman
- Reconnect with your soul through rest, ritual, and community
Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or navigating womanhood at any stage, I walk beside you with care, presence, and practical support, so you can move through each threshold feeling more like yourself, not less.
You already hold the wisdom. My role is to help you remember.

- If you’re seeking deeper meaning…
- If you’re ready to reclaim your voice, your choices, your body…
- If you long for sacred space in a busy world…
You’re in the right place. Here is my hand.
