For this week’s blog, I don’t know if you can feel it, but there is definitely an energy shifting as we move more fully into 2026. We are moving out of the Year of the Snake and into the energy of the Fire Horse, arriving on the 17th of February.
I find this so interesting. In 1989, when the Berlin Wall fell, it was also a Snake year. The last Year of the Fire Horse, in 1966, was marked by intense global upheaval, the start of China’s Cultural Revolution, major escalations in the Vietnam War, and significant Cold War tensions. It is associated with rapid change, rebellion, and social unrest.
And yet, it was also the year Star Trek was launched. The year the first ATM appeared.
So to me, this really speaks to the uprising of the masses. We are seeing it in places like Minnesota, and it feels so powerful to witness people realising that we can stand together as people.
This speaks deeply to me, because I feel more and more drawn to how important it is for women to come together in community. This is why the women’s circles I offer are such an incredible source of support. It’s also why I have created nurturing circles for pregnant women and postpartum mothers’ spaces where we can gather, be held, and walk this journey together.
I’m also going to be offering a Womb Wisdom Weekend, on the Equinox 20-22 March 2026. This is for women at any stage of womanhood. It will be a time to explore the ancestral stories you carry about your womb and your reproductive system. We will look at perimenopause and menopause. We will work with womb self massage. We will move through a beautiful meditation and…
It’s going to be truly magical, as I bring together all the threads of my work with the womb over more than three decades, and the teachings I received in Ecuador, where we were shown how the womb can actually move. If you carry something heavy, if you are deeply stressed, the womb can shift from its centre. And when we learn how to gently send it back, we can return to ourselves, to our centre, and move through life from that place.
I experienced this myself. I had a very sore hip for almost 18 months. When I went to Ecuador and we worked with moving the womb, mine was far to the left. They showed us how to work with it, and when we moved it, almost 80% of my hip pain disappeared.
It was incredible.
So, will you join us?
I’ll be sending more information about the Womb Wisdom Weekend soon. If you feel called, please click the link here and send me an email so I can add you to the waiting list.
I am so excited for this next chapter, for women rising together.
