After the outward energy of summer; the fullness, the doing, the movement; autumn arrives with a different rhythm.
It softens things.
It asks you to pause.
To take stock.
To notice what feels complete…and what no longer fits who you are becoming.
Because we are so used to holding everything.
Pushing forward.
Carrying more than we need to.
But nature doesn’t do this.
The trees don’t cling to their leaves.
They don’t question the timing.
They simply let go; trusting that release is part of the cycle.
And you are part of that same rhythm.
This season invites you to consciously release.
Not from force, but from awareness.
You might ask yourself:
- What feels heavy right now?
- What am I holding onto out of habit, rather than truth?
- Where am I being invited to simplify?
The most powerful shifts are often the quiet ones.
A boundary.
A no.
A softening.
A return to yourself.
And as we begin this descent into the darker half of the year…
there is also an invitation to be held more deeply within it.
To not walk this inward journey alone.
This Autumn Equinox is not only a moment of release; it is a doorway.
A doorway into the depth of winter.
Into stillness.
Into the wisdom that lives within your body.
On the Winter Solstice, the 19th, 20th & 21st of June, I will be holding my first annual Womb Wisdom Weekend.
A space for women to gather.
To slow down.

To reconnect with the quiet, intuitive voice within.
