As we arrive at the end of March today, there is a quiet realization that settles in, we are three months into 2026, a full quarter of the year has passed.
And with that, a shift, the season is changing, the air is cooler, there is a soft invitation to turn inward.
Autumn always feels like this to me, a moment to pause, to take stock, to gently ask – where am I, really?
At the beginning of the year, there is often so much energy, intentions, ideas, goals and promises we make to ourselves.And if you’re honest, did everything unfold the way you thought it would? Probably not, and that’s okay. This is your reminder to meet yourself here, with self compassion, with kindness and not pressure.
I invite you to look forward with intention, we are stepping into a new three-month cycle:
April, May, June, twelve weeks. Not a whole year, not something overwhelming, just twelve weeks. And in twelve weeks, so much is possible when you move with clarity and consistency.
So pause for a moment and ask yourself:
What is it that I am wanting to create? Is there a habit you want to embody? A behaviour you’re ready to shift? A goal that still feels important to you?
Maybe it’s something practical,maybe it’s something deeply personal, maybe it’s something you’ve been quietly carrying for a while.
Now bring it closer.
What would it look like to break this into small, doable steps? To work with time, instead of against it? This is where change becomes real, not in the big idea but in the small, repeated action. And also, this is where we meet the truth underneath it all, the hesitation, the resistance, and the fear. This is the work I love, through NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), we begin to gently uncover:
What is actually holding you back?
What belief is sitting underneath the surface?
What part of you is unsure, or scared, or trying to keep you safe?
When you bring awareness to that, everything begins to shift.so as the season turns, I invite you into this practice.
A few prompts for you to sit with:
- Looking back over the past three months, what am I proud of?
- What feels important for me to focus on in the next 12 weeks?
- What is one habit or behaviour I am ready to commit to?
- What might be holding me back from this and what am I afraid of?
- What is one small step I can take this week?
- What support do I need to follow through?
