Today, 2 July, marks the halfway point of 2026.
It’s a beautiful opportunity to pause.
Not to judge yourself or make a list of everything you haven’t done, but to gently reflect on the last six months and ask yourself what you want to experience over the next six.
So often, when we reach the middle of the year, we fall into the trap of thinking, I should have done more. I should be further along. Why hasn’t this happened yet?
But what if we looked at this season differently?
As I’ve been supporting more women through cyclical wisdom, I’ve been reminded that we were never designed to live only by the calendar. We once lived by the seasons.
And here in the Southern Hemisphere, we are in winter.
Winter is not asking you to push harder.
Winter invites you to slow down.
To turn inward.
To reflect.
To remember what truly matters.
Just because the trees have lost their leaves doesn’t mean they are dead. All of their energy has gone into their roots, quietly preparing for the season ahead.
Perhaps that is your invitation too.
To nourish your roots.
To reconnect with your values.
To remember what supports you.
Maybe what you’re longing for over the next six months isn’t another achievement. Maybe it’s more peace. More love. More abundance. More meaningful connection. More time to breathe. More moments of simply being.
Three gentle journal prompts
• Looking back over the last six months, what am I most grateful for?
• What do I want to experience, rather than achieve, over the next six months?
• What is one thing I can let go of this winter, so I have more space for what truly matters?
If you’re part of this community, I’d love to invite you to join my WhatsApp Community, where I share upcoming gatherings, reflections and offerings. It’s the first place you’ll hear about The Pause circles, my pregnancy and postpartum Nurture circles, Womb wisdom workshop, and my individual offerings, including bodywork and NLP coaching.
I also have something new coming soon, and this community will be the first to hear about it.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for walking this path with me.
And thank you for being the incredible woman that you are.
May this winter remind you that slowing down is not falling behind. Sometimes the deepest growth is happening where no one else can see it.
