What I Offer
This offering weaves together the care of a postpartum doula, the nourishment of a home cook, the presence of a wise companion, and the healing touch of a bodyworker & breathworker.
With decades of experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, I bring a grounded and reassuring presence to your space. Each visit is guided by your needs in the moment, drawing on a range of holistic tools and intuitive modalities to support both you and your baby.
We can begin this journey during pregnancy, creating a personalised postpartum plan so that your home, heart and kitchen are ready to hold you when your baby arrives. For generations, women were supported by a village during the early weeks after birth.
Today, that support is often missing, leaving many mothers to recover without the care their bodies and nervous systems truly need. Postpartum doula care helps restore that missing piece.
It is not medical care, it’s deeply holistic support. Care that reminds a mother’s body it is safe to rest, to heal, and to be nurtured as she integrates the profound experience of birth and welcomes her baby.
This work is gentle, practical and deeply human, and it is vital for a mother’s wellbeing and wholeness.
Every visit becomes a small sanctuary of care, restoration and reconnection.
